What are your shipping charges?

Shipping is free on www.skechers.in

How do I get shipping notifications?

We will send timely notifications to keep you updated on the status of your package. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message. We’ll also send a notification once your order is shipped from our warehouse.

What is the estimated time of delivery?

Our orders are processed within 2 -3 working days, and shipped from our warehouse between Mondays to Fridays only. Normal delivery takes up to 7 -10 working days once it’s shipped from the warehouse.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

To check your order status, please click on "Order Status" at the bottom of this page once you are signed in. To view your order: please click here Sign In. You can check the status of your order.

How to cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please Sign In to your account & select the order that needs to be cancelled.

What is the return policy of Skechers?

  • You are eligible to return SKECHERS products in their original, unused condition within 15 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Once received at our facility, it can take total of 10-12 business days for processing, which comprises of 3-5 business days for clearing inspection & thereafter 5-7 business days for refund to be credited to the original payment method.
  • Products purchased directly from SKECHERS.IN are ONLY eligible for a refund.
  • For any other product related issues or manufacturing defects, please write your concerns to customercare.india@skechers.com within 180 days from the date of purchase with supporting images, and detailed description of the issue, with a copy of the original invoice.

How do I return a product?

  • When a Registered customer wants to request a Return, He/she needs to Sign In and follow the below mentioned process.
  • My Orders  → Select that particular Order  → Select which item need to be returned (multiple items in that Order)  → Select the Reason  → Click Submit.

How do I exchange the product?

  • For exchanging size of any Product(s) purchased through the Site, please visit your nearest store with the product that’s in its unused condition with the original bill within 15 days of purchase.
  • Please note that we do not perform any product exchanges or replacements through the Site. To initiate any other exchanges, please return your existing order (refer the above FAQ) & place a new order.

How do I get the refund after returning the product?

  • After receiving the product and conducting a quality check of the returned package at our Facility, Refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

What taxes will be levied on the transactions?

All our prices are inclusive of GST.

How do I care for Skechers footwear?

Here are certain restrictions and steps to follow while cleaning your shoes:

DO’s

1. Remove excess dirt from the upper and outsole by using a small brush or towel.

2. Create a soapy mixture by combining warm water and a small amount (a few drops) laundry detergent.

3. Dip the brush or cloth into the soapy mixture. Wipe down the affected area. Apply a small amount of clean, warm water with the brush or cloth and brush/wipe off the excess soap.

4. Allow shoes to air dry.

DONT’s

1. Do not machine wash/dry the shoes.

2. Do not dry in direct sunlight.

3. Do not dry using blower, hair dryer or any other alternate source of artificial drying.

4. Do not use brush on mesh uppers.

5. Do not use brush with hard bristles on the shoes.

6. Do not use bleaching agents on the shoe.

7. Do not use caustic agents to clean the shoe.

Insole Maintenance

  • Skechers Memory Foam™ insoles  – In case the insole gets wet due to any reason, do allow insoles to air dry for 10 to 12 hours (up to 48 hrs in humid conditions) to ensure the insoles are fully dry.
  • Skechers Gogamat insoles – Cleaning of Gogamat can be carried out with a damp soft cotton cloth soaked in normal water, do allow insoles to air-dry for 10 to 12 hours.
